Sir,
I am very happy to see more of TIRUMALA functions than other programs ( other TV channels).
We were very happy that TTD is doing fine services to the ordinary pilgrims. At the same time we had some problems during our last visit to TIRUMALA in September 2008.
I was operated and both my knees were replaced. Doctors advised me not to use floor and stairs any more in my life time. When we came to TIRUMALA, we requested the TTD authorities to provide us with some comfortable accommadation, but all our requests are in vain. Nobody cared for our inability, but to their own judgements and discrimination. We requseted to allot at HVDC, but they were under mass cleaning at that time. We were given at SVGH 2 (new) on 2nd floor, which is very difficult for me to climb. And more over it does not have commodes. Because I can not use indian toilets any more as my both knees were replaced. We got the accommadation after 4 hours of waiting as the computer was down and out at that time.
We are coming again in February. We booked all the tickets and accommadation and sevas.
Hence I request you sir, please see that we get accommadation at HVDC ( with commode facility) and let us have the darshan of the lord with clear mind and body.
